My Journal
My Journal enables PositiveWare users to view and manage all of their notifications in one location.
To access My Journal, go to the My PositiveWare tab and then select My Journal:
You will then see all of your current notifications listed in your browser window.
To change how notifications are grouped, use the drop-down box on the left:
You can choose to group notifications by Employee, Date or Subject.
You can also use the check boxes on the left to include your own notifications - usually excluded - and to include notifications you have already marked as read.
Finally, to mark all of your notifications as read, simply use the Mark all as read button on the left of the screen:
