Plan Reports

The Plan Reports allow you to monitor the process of all of your current plans, both at a strategy overview level and in a Gantt Chart-style format.

There are two plan reports:

Plan Map Report

The Plan Map Report provides an overview of the plans aligned to each client and uses a 'traffic light' system to indicate their status.

You can access the Plan Map Report from the Plan Reports section of the Report page:



The report runs without requiring any additional information and produces a table listing each of your clients and the plans associated with them:



At the bottom of the screen two buttons are provided to allow you to export the report in either XML or Microsoft Excel format. A key to the client/plan status indicators is also provided:


Plan Phase Report

The Plan Phase Report provides a Gantt chart view of the plans for each client, showing scheduled plan durations against a timeline.

To run the Plan Phase Report, click on the link in the Plan Reports section:

You will then be required to specify a client or plan:



The Layout options allow you to choose whether to include task information and whether the report should show monthly or weekly increments:


 

When you are happy with the report criteria, click the Run Report button.
