Setup: Employees

The Employees page provides a list of all of the employees in your organization who are PositiveWare users.

Here's an example:



To delete or edit an employee's details, select their name by clicking on it, then use the links at the top of the screen (circled) to make any changes. In the example above, Dagny Taggart's name has been selected.

The following information can be configured for each employee:

Employee type - select from the pull-down list

Employee's manager

Department

Employee's department (for instances where department functionality is configured, otherwise this will be grayed out)

Employee's email address

Notification Interval

How soon should the employee be sent notifications?

Acknowledge Email Notification

Employee receives email notification when a task they have completed is acknowledged by its reviewer.

Change Email Notification

Employee will receive email notification of any tasks/plans they are subscribed to that are changed.

Late Email Notification

Employee will receive email notifications of any tasks/plans they are subscribed to that are running late.

The Replace option allows the responsibilities of one employee to be transferred to another. Use this option with care, as it is not reversible:
