Setup: Global Permissions

The Global Permissions setup page allows you to change the Global Permissions for each employee.

These are permissions which are applied to that employee for all clients, plans and actions, unless overridden by client/plan/action-specific permissions.



The permissions that can be set are:
  • All - grant all global permissions
  • View Client/Plan - allow the employee to view details of all clients and plans by default
  • Edit Client/Plan - allow the employee to edit all client and plan information by default
  • View Documents [attached to Plans/Actions] - allow the employee to view all documents attached to plans and actions by default
  • Edit Documents [attached to Plans/Actions] - allow the employee to edit all documents attached to plans and tasks by default
  • Track Time - allow the employee to enter time-tracking information
  • Subscribe - subscribe the employee to notification emails for plans and actions
  • Edit Budgets - allow the employee to edit all budgets by default

(Subscribe should not normally be set as a default unless the employee in question needs to maintain an awareness of all activity within their organization.)
