Charles Von Thun, President Charles founded PositiveWare in 2003. As CEO of Decisioneering, he saw the need for a software application to create alignment and accountability. As an entrepreneurial project manager working in Yemen and Dubai he saw the need for a simple collaboration tool that would span time zones and languages. As an analyst for a now defunct engineering firm he learned to truly hate timesheets. |

Doug Hays, CTO Doug joined the PositiveWare team in 2005, coming from SafeRent. A fervent Jayhawks fan, Doug is still not down from the high of the 2007-2008 Jayhawks season. In his free time, Doug volunteers with Cheley Camp in Estes Park. That free time was substantially curtailed by the arrival of triplets this year to join an older brother. Doug brings to PositiveWare a passion for clean, elegant software as inspired by Apple, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. |
