Calendar
The Calendar provides PositiveWare users with a way of viewing selected plans and actions in a calendar format. Plans and actions can be displayed according to a range of criteria to enable users to customize their calendar views:
To access the Calendar, go to the Time tab and select Calendar:

The Calendar enables you to have multiple personal calendars - perhaps one for each client or plan, for example. When you first access Calendar, there will be no information displayed.
To start using Calendar, you need to create at least one calendar of your own. To do this, click on the Add Calendars button on the left:

The Add a New Calendar dialog enables you to create calendar(s) to your specification. Simply check or uncheck the boxes on the left and then select the clients and plans you wish to include from the pane on the right.
When you are finished, click on the Save button in the bottom-right corner.
Here's an example of a calendar that is ready to be saved:

Once your calendar is saved, the relevant events will automatically be displayed on your calendar view:

To see more information about an event, simply click on it where it appears on the calendar. More detailed information about the event will then be shown in the information panel on the right (use the View link to directly edit the event):

If you have more than one calendar configured, you can hide or show the events associated with each calendar using the check boxes next to each calendar's name (on the left):

To hide the information box or the list of calendars, just click on the Hide Calendar list or Hide Info buttons as appropriate.
To change the period of time covered by the calendar view, use the button controls along the top of the calendar. Use the << and >> buttons to navigate back and forth in time:

The Custom button allows you to specify the date range covered by Calendar:
