Time Tracking Reports
The Time Tracking Reports allow you to monitor the time being recorded by employees against clients, plans and tasks.
There are five reports in this section:
- Time Sheet for Employee Report
- Time Tracking Detail for Plan Report
- Client Time Tracking by Employee Report
- Billing and Allocation Report
- Employee Allocation Report
Time Sheet for Employee Report
The Time Sheet for Employee Report provides an overview of your weekly time sheet entries.


By default it shows your entries for the current working week but you can re-run the report for any week by specifying an alternative start date. Click on Criteria to access this facility:

The Options tab allows you to export the report to one of several common file formats.
Time Tracking Detail for Plan Report
The Time Tracking Detail for Plan Report allows you to see detailed information about all time tracked for a specific plan:
When you run the report, you will need to specify a client or plan and a date range:

Use the Layout tab to add or remove fields from the report as necessary:
Access the report by clicking on the Client Time Tracking by Employee Report link on the Reports page:

The default date range is the current month + any overdue plans/tasks. Click on the Criteria tab to select an alternative date range:

Billing and Allocation Report
The Billing and Allocation Report compares the estimated billable value for each employee with their actual billable amount for that month. Employees' billable work is displayed by client, project and in total for that month. Expenses that have been charged to each client and billable project are also displayed in a separate column.

Select the billing period for which you would like the report, and then click the Run Report button to generate the report:

Employee Time Allocation Report
The Employee Time Allocation Report shows estimated and actual working hours for each employee. This data is displayed totaled for each month and is displayed by client and by employee.

Select the month for which you would like the report and click on the Run Report button to generate the report:
